Finally! A distributor cap for big and small block Mopar with male terminals, for better grip and for ease of finding spark plug wires.

If you prefer male terminals for your distributor, this is for you. Fits, 273, 318,340, 360, 383, 440, etc. Will fit 5.9 Magnum with classic style distributor.

Best used with an male style coil, such as MSD Blaster 2, part number 8223.

Will not work with stock spark plug wires. Cap and rotor must be installed together.

    Back in the day, I bought an Accel distributor for my small block FORD, 302. I was given a list of replacement parts. The cap and rotor, to save space, was not the huge Duraspark set up, but the snap on Mopar 318 style Cap and rotor. I called Accel (Holley) to inquire about a new cap, same footprint, with MALE output towers. Agent at Holley had no clue. Accel was bought and absorbed by Holley/MSD ages ago. Likewise, NAPA/Echlin, formerly connected to Accel somehow, had no suggestions. The male tower cap they sell for Mopar, bolts onto the distributor. Enter SCRAM-SPEED... item looked correct, so I ordered. Shipping took a bit... cap and rotor arrived bubble wrapped in generic box... but all seems fine and dandy. Brass contacts, and this setup should more securely hold plug wires in place... back to work...
