This is the easiest way to activate your electric fan. No risk of poking a hole in your radiator as with the thermocouples that so many kits use. These switches plug into a NPT coolant port and the switch closes at 180* of coolant temp.
We recommend using this switch to provide ground to your fan relay. Easy installation and trouble free activation! It is rated to 30 amps if used on the 12V+ side. However, we do not recommend this for primary voltage direct to the fan!

Great product, high quality parts, great company. Purchased 3/8 180* NPT Thermal Fan Switch and 190* NPT Thermal Fan Switch for my S/B engine electric duel fan conversion tested both functions, both working at designed. Engine is running with 180’ currently, the 190’ using as a spare. These duel wire thermo fan switches are best and the most accurate for any electric fan conversion. Don’t wait your time with single wire self-ground fan switches.
